Last Minute Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

Happy Mother’s Day week friends! I hope you’re all planning something special for the mother figures in your life. I know the day is only a few away but I wanted to create this little post as a guide for some last minute gifts! A mom can be one of the hardest people to shop for (from my own experience). So, I hope this helps one of you in finding the perfect present for your loved one; whoever that may be!

Also, to make this guide even easier, a majority of these products are straight from the Target website and available in store. What’s better than that? Oh yeah…almost everything I picked out is under $25 dollars! Huge bonus for those of you who are on a balling budget!

Home Sweet Home Door Mat

The cutest addition to the household! I might have to scoop one of these up for myself, it’s too adorable! Home is where mom’s at right? A definite unique choice to give this Sunday!

Colorful Dishes

A colorful set of new dish ware is something she can use on a daily basis. This gift would be extra great when wrapped together with kitchen utensils, matching cups, or maybe even some salt and pepper shakers! Love that!

Starbucks Gift Card

Give your love through the use of coffee! Grab your moms favorite coffee shop gift card for her morning pick me ups. Coffee and tea adds up quickly. This could also give her the opportunity to try drinks she wouldn’t normally splurge on!

Gardening Tote

Do you know someone with a green thumb? For the gardener, try a tote set so they can get to growing this Spring season! If you want, you can include a couple packets of different seeds and maybe a pair of gardening gloves!

Lush Mother’s Day Products

Some of the most relaxing gifts can be found at Lush this Mother’s Day! What’s even better, is the fact that most of their products are pre-packaged and pre-wrapped! That makes it extra easy to get in and get out!

The pre-packed “For Mom” gift includes the Dream Cream hand lotion along with the Yummy Mummy shower gel. There’s also a variety of different bubble bars and bath bombs to choose from. A few of my favorites are the Your Mother Should Know and Mom (Pink). Grapefruit, rosewood, and floral aromas will quickly turn her shower or bath time into something special!

Laura Mercier: Secret Brightening Powder

Over the years, I’ve watched the Target makeup selection go from regular drug store products to more high-end brands. One of them, Laura Mercier! Try gifting the amazing Secret Brightening Powder! The product is guaranteed to brighten your under eyes and keep your concealer set all day! Bundle this idea up with a small makeup bag and your moms favorite chocolate!

Hello Gorgeous Mug

I see this beauty all the time in Target! There’s nothing better to wake up to than positive vibes. I’d fill the mug with a package of her favorite drink, slippers, and a book! Could make for a cozy morning or night in!

Boho Throw

I always spot this style of blanket at Anthropology, Urban Outfitters, and Nordstrom but they’re all so expensive! This throw from Target is great to take to the beach or keep at home. Versatility is everything for the warmer weather coming up.

Stylish Thong Sandals

Let mom throw away those old, bendy flip flops. It’s time for a new and improved pair! These easy shoes will let mom move around freely while still looking styled!

Yoga Starter Kit

Is your mom the fitness type? Is she trying to workout more or wants to try something new? This gift might be the one for her! I love this idea because it’s very useful! Also, with a variety of colors to choose from, you can really personalize the gift giving experience. Pair this with a water bottle or some workout shoes for some added goodies!

Flowers

If all else fails, flowers alone are the way to go! The sweet smell of fresh flowers on the table would make a great gift! On the way to see her, order her favorite coffee or tea. It makes for a simple, yet thoughtful gift.
